As the Founder of Freedom Services LLC and a Marine Afghan Combat Veteran, Robert possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced during the transition from military service to civilian life. Additionally, he is well-acquainted with the complexities of recruiting military veterans for employment. Over the past 8 years, Robert's company has achieved significant success in recruiting and hiring more than 100 military veterans.
Recognizing the need for improved access to military talent, Robert took proactive steps to bridge this gap. He spearheaded the integration of a system with the Department of Defense, facilitating recruiters' access to military personnel while they are still in active service.

Ryan Nadolski
In 2017, Ryan embarked on a career with the Navy as a Master-at-Arms, where he played a crucial role in safeguarding our nation's most significant stockpile of strategic nuclear weapons. His dedication led to several deployments in Bahrain and Europe, where he continued to uphold the highest standards of security.
Since transitioning from active service, Ryan has become a driving force behind the successful implementation of various veteran recruitment strategies and programs for multiple companies. These initiatives have not only paved the way for active-duty service members to transition seamlessly into civilian careers but have also solidified Ryan's commitment to military talent acquisition and veteran recruitment on a global scale.
